How you manage investment in any business is critical. It requires a clear, confident and structured approach to setting out the plan. 

Successful business plans can fail regardless of how strong a commercial proposition - simply because the explanation lacked emphasis, believability, detail and conviction.

Conversely, poor ideas can still succeed because they compensated for a weak concept with a powerful and convincing language.
